We are happy to announce that in August 2018 we successfully completed the ASME Joint Review, and as of now we may officially maunfacture pressure vessels in accordance with

the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Division I, marked with the U-Stamp.

About us.

UNION Sp. z o. o. seated in Gdańsk, was established in 1988. Current
image of the company has been formed throughout almost 30
years of activity and thanks to an extensive experience in industrial
production. Our installations are successfully operating in Poland
and abroad.

UNION’s chief area of activity is designing and manufacturing
of equipment, devices, and installations used in processes of
extraction and transmission of natural gas and oil, as well as in
refining, petrochemical, and chemical processes.

We manufacture turn-key reducing and metering gas stations and
peripheral installations. We specialize in manufacturing of all kinds
of pressure equipment and storage vessels, as well as sophisticated
and large-scale steel constructions.

Manufacturing potential.

Our facility offers close to 7000 m2 of manufacturing space fully equipped with machines, top-notch welding machines, and forklift trucks. Three gantries of lifting capacity of 10, 32, and 80 tons allow us to manufacture the heaviest of devices and constructions. Our facility includes a paint shop, a sandblasting space, and a warehouse. Neighboring office space provides comfortable conditions to do business.

UNION Sp. z o.o. employs a highly qualified team of engineering designers, and a meticulous quality control team.

Years of experience of our production personnel and a fully equipped shop floor allow us to perform a wide range of welding methods:

111 – shielded metal arc welding,

121 – submerged arc welding,

135 – gas metal arc welding (MAG),

136 – flux cored arc welding,

141 – gas tungsten arc welding (TIG).

We are fully capable to manufacture pressure equipment up to 450 bar working pressure and up to 3m diameter.
